Dang Tian Mie Kou Yin Yang Chan (蕩天滅寇陰陽鏟)

Ming Chinese Fire Spade
Drawing of a Dang Tian Mie Kou Yin Yang Chan, from 'Wu Bei Zhi (《武備志》)'.
Dang Tian Mie Kou Yin Yang Chan (蕩天滅寇陰陽鏟, lit. 'Sky-rippling, bandit-destroying yin yang spade') is a very unusual weapon that combines a spade with a large tube filled with poison smoke gunpowder, blinding dust and lead balls.

Unlike other fire lances, this is not a very practical weapon, as the wielder is not immune to his own poison smoke.

    1. True that. Generally the fancier it gets, the less practical it really is.
